"Shipping took forever"
The order itself was totally fine, but the delivery took almost 3 weeks, which was frustrating. If you need something quickly, I’d probably look elsewhere.

I ordered a dress from ador.com and went with my usual size, but it ended up being a bit tight around the waist. It still looks fine on, so I’ll probably keep it, but I do wish the sizing chart was a little more accurate. Just something to watch out for :)

"Looks decent, but not quite right"
It looks okay overall and the style is close to what I expected, but the fit was noticeably different in person. I don’t think it’s fair to make it seem like an exact match when it really isn’t. Not terrible, just a bit disappointing.

"Not worth it for the price??"
I ordered from ador.com thinking the price seemed decent, but when it arrived, the quality just felt kind of cheap. Shipping also took longer than I expected, which was frustrating. For what I paid, I thought it would be better?? I wouldn’t order again because it just didn’t feel like good value for the money

The delivery was alright in the end, but it definitely wasn’t the most reliable. My order showed up about 4 days later than the original estimate, and the tracking didn’t update until late, which was annoying. The item itself was fine, so I can’t complain too much, but when I’m trying to be careful with what I spend, I expect the shipping info to be a little more dependable. Kind of a mixed experience.

"Stuff is out of stock a lot"
Ador has cute stuff. Really nice picks. But a few things I wanted were sold out. Not a huge deal. Just kind of annoying when you're browsing.

"Box Definitely Took a Beating"
My order showed up right on time, which was great, but I’m absolutely convinced that box went through some kind of obstacle course before it got to me. One corner was crushed badly, and the tape was so loose I thought it might pop open any second.

The item inside was thankfully fine, so that saved it, but the packaging could definitely have been better. It wasn’t a total disaster by any means, but it felt a little careless. I’d give it 3 stars for sure.

"Usually good prices"
I’ve found Ador usually has better prices than a lot of the other sites I’ve looked at. Shipping did add a little extra, but even with that, it still ended up being cheaper overall. So yeah, I’m happy with it.

"Shipping was all over the place"
I ordered something from overseas and the whole shipping part was kind of a mess. The tracking just stopped updating for a while, and it ended up arriving way later than it originally said. I reached out to support, but the replies felt generic, like they were just sending the same answer every time. Then there were extra fees at the end that I wasn’t expecting, which made it even more frustrating. Not sure if this is normal for them, but I probably wouldn’t order again

"Pretty easy to use, honestly"
I used ador.com and, i thought it was straightforward. The pages loaded quickly, and I didn’t feel like I had to click around forever to find what I was looking for. I mean, maybe I just got lucky with the stuff I searched for, but the search worked well and the filters actually helped.
Checkout was easy too, which I always appreciate because some sites make that part weirdly complicated. I didn’t run into anything confusing or annoying, at least not that I noticed. Overall, it just worked for me, and I’d probably use it again

"Shipping Cost Hit at the Worst Time"

I tried ordering from Ador, the checkout process was way more frustrating than it needed to be. I don’t mind being patient if a site is a little slow, but this was just annoying.

Every time I entered my card details, the page froze, and then it refreshed like nothing happened. My cart ended up empty, so I added everything back again, and somehow the shipping price had changed too. At that point, I feel like I had a fair reason to be irritated.

After about 20 minutes, I just gave up. Maybe it was a random glitch or maybe it was my browser, but I don’t think I should have to fight that hard just to place an order, so I’m not really eager to try again.

"Return was not as easy as I expected"
I ordered something from ador.com the item was fine, just not really what I needed. So I figured I’d return it and move on, easy easy, but it didn’t end up feeling quite that simple.
The return process was a little confusing for me. I had to click around and look around to find the right info, and it took longer than I expected. Customer service did get back to me, but not super quickly, so there was a bit of waiting, waiting.
I did get it sorted in the end, so it wasn’t a total disaster or anything. Still, it was more hassle than I thought it would be, and I probably wouldn’t order again unless I was really, really sure I wanted the item.

"Not exactly what I was hoping for"
I was disappointed with this, honestly. It looks a lot cheaper in person than I expected, and the stitching started coming loose way too soon. But sure, I guess it’s fine if you’re not expecting much
